What our customers love the most is the unique leveling function, which allows you to bring the bed into a horizontal position with one pull, even on the most uneven campsite, and thus rest as comfortably as at home.
Only with this function is it possible to stably fix a free-floating lift bed to your desired height and inclination on the side - so that the bed does NOT rock!
For many campers, weight and functionality in a small space are very important. The crank mechanism is faster and 17kg lighter than an electric motor. The VAN7 lift bed always works, and thanks to our fixation function, it does so without storage constructions and rails that greatly affect the space and create noise during the ride.
The 140cm wide bed contains a 190cm wide lying surface. The first lift bed in the world with a slatted frame extension. This allows you to extend the lying surface to the maximum width of your vehicle after lowering.
We made sure during the construction that the bed does not create any noise during the ride, so you can enjoy the ride.
If you can handle a cordless screwdriver and a tape measure or know someone who can, the installation of the new series with the supplied video instructions is child's play. Of course, we also have installation partners who can take over the installation of the lift bed. Depending on the vehicle, there are suitable mounting brackets. Some vehicles, like the H2 Sprinter, do not need mounting brackets.
The indirect, dimmable lighting according to your mood creates a pleasant ambiance above and below the bed. The LED strip is neatly integrated into the aluminum profiles.
The VAN7 lift bed hangs on 4x 25mm safety belts and buckles, each rated for 400daN. That means 1600kg - the load capacity of the bed is dynamically permissible with 270kg. Each belt suspension is attached with 2x M6 rivet nuts. A M6 rivet nut holds 4-5kN under shear in a vehicle sheet metal - that's 400-500kg per rivet nut. For the VAN7 lift bed belt suspensions, 8 rivet nuts are installed in the last area of the wall of your vehicle.
The VAN7 lift bed offers you the space and comfort you need when staying overnight in a small mobile space. In no time, it disappears at the ceiling, and you have a lot of storage space for bikes or an additional seating area.
